The Community Maritime Park is a 30 acre waterfront park in downtown Pensacola, Florida featuring the Blue Wahoos stadium that holds over 5,000, an amphitheater, and a 4-story mixed use building. LMJ value engineered the bulkheads on this project saving $6 Million in steel. Maritime Park is one of the most exciting projects to be constructed in downtown Pensacola, and it also has some of the most challenging soil conditions. LMJ provided consulting and construction testing services throughout the duration of the project.
