NFCU’s Heritage Oaks Campus features six office buildings with over a million square feet, two energy plants, and two 5-story parking structures. LMJ began work on this project in 2002 and is currently working on their Phase 2 Expansion that includes two more 6-story office buildings and two more 6-story parking garages. This project sits on a beautiful piece of land with sloping hillsides, a lake, and preserved wetlands, but it also has very difficult soil conditions including widespread seepage, expansive clay, and erratic compressible peat and clay layers.
